Prime Time Health is a simple healthy aging program developed by Dr. Sears and his wife to help adults and seniors understand how the body ages, prevents disease and unhealthy aging, boost energy, stress less, sleep better, and sharpen thinking, reduce the risk of cancer and the "highs" (blood pressure, cholesterol). Four workshops that teaches you how to open your internal pharmacy, make health your hobby, move waste from your waist, and live without pain and inflammation.
In the world we live in, we are constantly bombarded with stressors that wreck havoc on our bodies, minds and spirits. Everything from the food that we eat, what we put on our bodies, the environment, work, home, friends, every outlet can create some level of stress to throw us off balance.
